Formerly wrote the morning line column for Forbes' Best of the Web financial site worldlyinvestor.com. My picture even appeared in “Forbes ASAP”. OK, it was about 1/8 of an inch square, but it was still my picture! Licensed for real estate sales in NJ; experience in investment/commercial, expert in 1031 exchanges, active in the northern half of the state but networked to trusted partners all over the country.
